This policy governs payments, billing, cancellations, refunds and project execution terms for services provided by TNIT Solutions LLP (“TNIT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By approving a proposal, confirming a project, or making any payment, the client agrees to this policy.

1. Nature of Services

TNIT provides customized digital and technology services including website development, ecommerce setup, software configuration, integrations, consultation, maintenance and related services.

These services are intangible, resource-allocated and non-resalable once initiated.

2. Project Confirmation

A project is considered confirmed when any of the following occurs:

Advance payment is made

Email or WhatsApp approval is provided

Purchase order is issued

Invoice is accepted

Upon confirmation, project scheduling and resource allocation begins.

3. Payment Structure

Projects are executed on milestone basis unless otherwise specified.

Typical structure:

Booking / Advance Payment – to initiate project

Design / Development Milestone

Testing / Review Milestone

Final Deployment / Handover

Work will commence only after advance payment is received.

4. Invoice & Due Date

All invoices are payable within 7 days from invoice date unless stated otherwise

Delay in payment automatically extends delivery timelines

TNIT reserves the right to pause work for unpaid invoices

5. Late Payment

For overdue invoices:

Work and support may be suspended

Access or delivery may be restricted

Late charges up to 2% per month may be applied

6. No Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Subjective dissatisfaction after scope delivery

Delay due to client dependency

Non-submission of content/approvals

Project abandonment by client

Third-party purchases

7. Cancellation

If cancellation occurs before work starts, TNIT may at its discretion issue partial refund after deducting consultation and administrative charges.

Once work has started, cancellation is not eligible for refund.

8. Client Responsibilities

Client must:

Provide required content and approvals on time

Communicate clearly

Review deliverables promptly

Delays caused by client will not be considered service delay and will not qualify for refund.

9. Project Hold / Inactive Projects

If client is non-responsive for 15 days or more:

Project will be marked inactive

Re-activation may require rescheduling charges

Timeline commitments become void

10. Service Modifications

Changes beyond agreed scope are treated as additional work and may incur additional charges after approval.

11. Third-Party Services

Charges paid towards third parties are non-refundable, including:

Domain registration

Hosting

Plugins or licenses

APIs

Email services

Government certificates

Payment gateway fees

These are governed by respective provider policies.

12. Ownership & Handover

All deliverables, credentials, source files and access will be shared only after full payment clearance.

Until payment completion, TNIT retains rights over all project assets.

13. Exceptional Circumstances

If TNIT is unable to continue the project due to unforeseen internal reasons, we may provide at our discretion:

Service credit

Alternative solution

Partial refund (after deducting completed work and expenses)

14. Taxes

Applicable taxes including GST will be charged as per government regulations.

15. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via:

Bank Transfer

UPI

Payment Gateway

Cheque (subject to clearance)

16. Disputes

Billing disputes must be reported within 3 days of invoice issuance.
After this period, invoice is deemed accepted.

17. Limitation of Liability

TNIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses including business loss, profit loss, or data loss arising from service usage.

18. Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by laws of India.
Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
